Pre-Licensing Education

Complete 90 hours of approved pre-licensing education divided into two 45-hour modules. Must attend 100% of each course and pass final exam with 70% or higher.

Required Courses (90 hours total):

  • Module 1: Fundamental Real Estate Concepts (45 hours)
  • Module 2: Applied Skills in Listing, Selling, Buying, and Closing (45 hours)

Courses valid for 3 years preceding license application. May be taken live, via Zoom, or online self-paced.
