Pre-Licensing Education
Complete a 90-hour pre-licensing course approved by the North Dakota Real Estate Commission. Courses may be completed online or in a traditional classroom setting.

License Reciprocity
North Dakota has reciprocity agreements with Georgia, Iowa, and Minnesota. Licensed professionals from these states can obtain a North Dakota license without taking the state licensing exam.
