Experience Requirements
Must have completed 36 consecutive months as a licensed real estate professional within the last 60 months, with real estate as principal occupation.
Alternative Pathways:
For Associate Brokers: 36 months of active and continuous real estate licensee experience within the last 60 months.
Education Requirements
Complete 30 hours of Alaska-approved broker training covering office management, supervision, and risk management.
Required Courses:
- Recovery Fund, Trust Account, and General Accounts (7 hours)
- Practical Office Management (8 hours)
- Practical Supervision (8 hours)
- Risk Management (7 hours)
