Experience Requirements
Must have been actively engaged as a licensed real estate salesperson on a full-time basis for at least two years.
Alternative Pathways:
- NDREC may recognize substantially equivalent experience
Cannot have had any real estate license revoked in any state within two years prior to application.
Education Requirements
Complete 60-hour broker pre-licensure course from an approved education provider.

North Dakota has reciprocity agreements with Georgia, Iowa, and Minnesota. Residents of these states may obtain license without taking state licensing exam.
