Experience Requirements
24 months active experience as licensed sales associate within last 5 years
No transaction requirement. Experience from other states accepted. Must have completed sales associate post-licensing education.

Complete 72 hours of FREC-approved broker pre-licensing education.
Required Courses:
- 72-hour FREC-approved Broker Pre-License Course
Four-year real estate degree may exempt pre-licensing requirement. Must complete post-license education within first renewal.
