Experience Requirements
Must have at least 3 years of experience working for an active Massachusetts broker at a minimum of 25 hours per week
Alternative Pathways:
Experience must be no more than 2 years old when examination is taken.
Education Requirements
Complete 40 hours of approved broker pre-licensing education from a Massachusetts-approved provider.
Required Courses:

Reciprocity Agreements
Reciprocal eligibility depends on having passed the examination in an eligible jurisdiction: Colorado, Connecticut, Georgia, Iowa, Mississippi, Nebraska, New Mexico, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Tennessee, West Virginia, or Oklahoma (also two licensed years). Confirm the license category and current Board instructions. Other education waivers are not automatic reciprocal licensure.
