Experience Requirements
1 year full-time employment by an active principal broker within 5 years prior to application, OR 2,000 part-time hours as licensed NH salesperson within last 5 years
Alternative Pathways:
- 2,000 part-time hours as a licensed salesperson in New Hampshire within last 5 years
Must document involvement in at least 6 separate real estate transactions with compensation. Alternative experience proof may be accepted if unable to document 6 transactions.
Education Requirements
Complete 60 hours of approved real estate education within 24 months before the licensing examination.
Required Courses:
- 60 hours of Commission-approved continuing education courses
Courses can be completed through distance learning or classroom attendance.
