Experience Requirements
36 months of active licensure as an affiliate broker
Alternative Pathways:
- 24 months with a baccalaureate degree with major in real estate
Must be licensed after May 12, 1988 for this requirement to apply.
Education Requirements
Complete 120 hours total, including 90 hours of affiliate broker education and 30 hours of broker management. If already licensed as affiliate broker, only 30 additional hours required.
Required Courses:
- 90 hours of affiliate broker pre-licensing education
- 30-hour Office/Broker Management course
Broker management course must be from a TREC-approved school.
