At least 2 years practicing as licensed salesperson under direct supervision of a licensed broker within the past 4 years
Alternative Pathways:
- Licensed to practice law in Wisconsin
Must document at least 40 experience points (5 points per residential, 10 per commercial transaction). Verified by supervising broker.
Education Requirements
Complete 72-hour broker pre-license course within 4 years prior to application.
Required Courses:
- 72-hour pre-license course for brokers
Alternative: 20 semester-hour credits in real estate from accredited institution, or WI law license.
