Pre-Licensing Education

Complete 99 hours of pre-licensing education from a Commission-approved provider. Must pass end-of-course exam with 70% or higher.

Required Courses (99 hours total):

  • • Mathematics (24 hours)
  • • Review (3 hours)

Apply within 12 months of completing the course, otherwise prorated continuing education is owed.

License Reciprocity

Delaware licenses applicants in good standing from any state, DC, or territory (no fixed state roster) who pass the Delaware state portion and meet one of: 3 years licensed with 20 transactions, the Delaware law course, or equivalent pre-licensing education.
