Pre-Licensing Education
Complete the Salesperson I, Salesperson II, and Wyoming Law courses from Commission-approved providers. The statute sets a 30-hour minimum; the Commission's course outlines prefer longer courses.

Retake Policy: Retake only the failed portion ($80 per portion at a test center, $90 online); wait 24 hours to reschedule. The failed portion must be passed within 6 months or both portions are retaken.

License Reciprocity
Wyoming has no reciprocity agreements, but active out-of-state licensees may skip the national exam and Salesperson I, taking only the Wyoming Law course, Salesperson II, and the state exam.
