Experience Requirements
Must have been actively licensed as a salesperson and/or broker in Delaware or another jurisdiction for five continuous years immediately before filing application, with three years of active practice immediately before application.
Alternative Pathways:
Must submit Sales or Lease Transaction Listing form documenting 30 sales or lease transactions completed during the five years preceding application.
Education Requirements
Complete 99 hours of Delaware broker's pre-licensing education from an approved provider.
Required Courses:
- Brokerage: Sales Management and Business Management (30 hours)
- Additional broker pre-licensing courses (69 hours)
Must pass end-of-course exam with 75% or higher. Must apply within 1 year of course completion.
