Experience Requirements
Must have an active salesperson license for at least 24 of the last 30 months
Alternative Pathways:
- Active salesperson license in Missouri or another state for 24 of last 30 months
Licensed attorneys with an active salesperson license can have experience requirement waived.
Education Requirements
Complete 48-hour pre-exam broker course plus the 24-hour Missouri Real Estate Practice course before licensure.
Required Courses:
- 48-hour pre-exam broker course from MREC-approved school
- 24-hour Missouri Real Estate Practice course
Licensed attorneys are exempt from education requirements. Application must be submitted within 6 months of completing the 48-hour course.
