Experience Requirements

At least 2 years of active licensure as sales associate or provisional sales associate within the last 5 years.

Alternative Pathways:

  • Point waiver process may apply for those without 2 years experience

Must document at least 10 real estate transactions within the last 5 years (or accepted equivalent).

Education Requirements

Complete 90-hour broker course from approved provider. Principal, Managing, or Branch Brokers need additional 15-hour Broker-in-Charge course.

  • 15-hour Broker-in-Charge Course (for Principal/Managing/Branch Broker)
