Experience Requirements
At least 2 years as licensed real estate salesperson within the 4 years immediately preceding application
Alternative Pathways:
Must provide licensing history from every state where you hold or have held a real estate license.
Education Requirements
Complete Broker I (30 hours), Broker II (24 hours), and Wyoming Law Course. Responsible Brokers also need Broker Management course.
Required Courses:
- Broker I Course (30 hours)
- Broker II Course (24 hours)
- Wyoming Law Course (required)
- Wyoming Broker Management Course (for Responsible Broker only)
Out-of-state brokers need Wyoming Law Course and Broker II Course only.
